Stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room for one night. The room itself offered a good amount of space, making it comfortable to relax after a long day. The beds were quite comfortable, which helped us get some rest before our event. the bathroom really needs attention. It felt dirty and unkept, with stains on the toilet seat and a lack of proper cleaning in the shower. the noise from the street was quite bothersome, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Although the location was convenient for our evening plans, the overall cleanliness detracted from the experience. Staff interactions were minimal, which didn't help with feeling welcomed during our stay. A better management approach could significantly enhance the guest experience here.

Clean public areas, new washroom features, good proximity to transportation

Signage nonexistent, making the location hard to find!!! A deeply unclean atmosphere, with broken blinds and a strongly unpleasant odor. Noise disturbances from the road and common areas were extremely challenging to cope with!!!

To top it off, the area felt unsafe, raising concerns whenever I stepped outside. it seemed like the online portrayal significantly missed the mark in terms of reality.

Convenient location within walking distance of the tram station provided easy access to nearby attractions. The room was a good size with a private bathroom, contributing positively to the stay. On the downside, noise from the street interrupted sleep, and the staff’s responsiveness could be improved during busy check-in times. while the cleanliness was acceptable, the shared bathroom facilities could use more attention.
